Transformative Projects Services Ltd (hereinafter The Firm) is a research and management consulting social business Firm that designs or executes projects that meet the identified needs of targeted communities or institutions, in the most efficient and effective manner, delivering the results in time. Registered as a Company in Uganda in 2018, the Firm couldn’t take off due to interruptions by Covid 19, not until 2023 when its services resumed at a modest level as a start up enterprise, having supported a few activities mainly on pro bono basis. The Firm has now recomposed itself for better service delivery.

Our Goal is to design or implement projects with results in mind, by deploying competent human and other resources, and delivering quick impact outcomes, organizing and generating authentic evidence-based information.

We design or execute targeted development-oriented services, within the desired time-frame and leaving the client with only the responsibility for quality assurance of the results or services and products delivered.
